Why we look at the Moon
The Moon moves pretty fast, changing signs every 2–3 days. That speed makes her the most immediate trigger in Astrology: she shows us what’s alive right now in our emotional body and in our chart.
When we track her cycles, we often start noticing patterns in ourselves and our lives. How lunar phases bring new beginnings, things to light, or ask for release. What I often see is that when we become conscious of the Moon’s cycles, we’re able to connect more to our own cycles.
In my Online Lunar Circles, we look at where the current Moon falls in your birth chart. That shows what area of life might be illuminated. And by pairing this with simple embodied practices, the Moon and its phases become an experience in our bodies and lives.

Meet your facilitator
Karina Schoenberger
Hi, I’m Karina. I work with Evolutionary and Psychological Astrology to explore how consciousness evolves, how we move through our lives, shaped by old patterns, early conditioning, and the parts of us that usually live hidden in the Unconscious.
My approach combines deep work with the archetypes and my studies in somatic education. Over time, I’ve come to see that what drives us isn’t just written in the chart, it’s also held in the body.
Much of my work is about using the birth chart to identify the parts of ourselves we’ve suppressed or cast out, and finding ways to integrate them back into consciousness, so they become a living part of our wholeness.
